奖学金生管理及奖学金发放政策
Issuing Scholarships
1) All the new students on 2020 Fall semester. Please open Bank of China debit card by yourself and register at Room 103, International School(Please bring the bank card and the account detail paper). If you cannot obtain Bank of China debit card, please apply for debit card of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
2) If you lose your bank card, please apply for a new one in time and inform the International School as soon as possible. Monthly allowance for some kinds of scholarship will be transferred to the bank account directly around the 15th of every month. (Nanjing Government Scholarship normally (not 100%) come at the end of December, so please be sure to arrange your personal financial status).
Semester Registration
If a student does not do semester registration on time, his/her scholarship (if any) will be suspended! For students who are later than 15th days of month of registration, half month of the scholarship will be deducted.
Ask for leave (Leave Application)
If you need to attend academic seminar or do works relate to your study affairs, be sure to download The Leave Application Form(请假申请表) to get the permission from the supervisor and staffs of International school before leaving. During your absence, the scholarship will be suspended. After he/she come back and register with the office, apply for scholarship recovery approval with the International School, and restart the scholarship transfer.
If a student is found by the International School that he /she leave without permission (during the semester), the scholarship during his/her absence will not be paid!

Suspension
If a student ask for study suspension(please consult with Room 101, Study Affair Office)and get permission, during the suspension, the scholarship will be cancelled. For more details, please consult with the teacher in charge,Room 103.
Annual Review
If student fail to pass the annual review, his/her scholarship will be suspended or cancelled.
奖学金的发放及停发
奖学金发放
2020年秋季起,所有留学新生需要自己办理中国银行借记卡,请在报到之后,向国际教育学院103房间提交中国银行卡号及详细账户信息。如果中国银行卡无法办理,请申请工商银行卡。
通常,每月15日左右能收到奖学金。如果银行卡丢失,请及时补办并告知国际教育学院。
南京市政府奖学金通常会在当年的12月底开始发放,请相关同学做好财务管理准备。
学期注册
每学期必须按时报到注册,不能按时报到的同学,将停发奖学金。
请假事宜
如有特殊原因(学术相关),需先在国教院网站下载The Leave Application Form 请假申请表,经过导师及国际教育学院同意后才能离校。离校期间,奖学金停发,等回校报到后向国际教育学院申请恢复发放。迟于报到时间当月15日报到的学生,奖学金将减半发放。
如果一个学生在学期未结束的情况下, 未经请假批准擅自离校,离校期间奖学金将不再发放!!!

休学办理
如果需要申请休学,请到101房间教务办公室申请办理,批准休学后,休学期间奖学金停发。奖学金相关事宜,请咨询103房间办公室奖学金事务管理的老师。
年审
如果学生没有通过奖学金年审,奖学金将被中止或取消。
